Every package includes the return air ticket, the Umrah visa with its registration and insurance, your hotel in Makkah and Madinah, all airport and intercity transfers, Ziyarat in both cities, and an Urdu-speaking muallim with the group. Meals differ by package: Barakah includes breakfast, while Rahmah and Maghfirah include breakfast and dinner. Across the market, packages run from roughly PKR 170,000 for a basic economy trip up to PKR 650,000 or more for luxury travel with business class. Our packages start at PKR 295,000 per person because we only sell five-star stays close to the Haram. A passport valid for at least six months from your travel date, recent white-background photographs, your CNIC, and a completed vaccination record. Women and children may need additional documents depending on who they travel with. In normal months it usually comes through within a few working days once your documents are complete. Close to Ramadan the system is busier and it can take longer, which is why we ask for documents well before departure. Yes. The hotel is named in your booking confirmation along with its distance from the Haram. Hotel substitution is the single most common complaint against Umrah agencies, so we treat it seriously: if a property genuinely becomes unavailable we tell you before you travel and move you to the same category or better, with your written agreement. You will not arrive in Makkah and discover a different hotel.جی ہاں۔ ہوٹل کا نام اور حرم سے فاصلہ آپ کے بکنگ کنفرمیشن میں درج ہوتا ہے۔ ہوٹل بدلنا عمرہ ایجنسیوں کے خلاف سب سے عام شکایت ہے، اس لیے ہم اسے سنجیدگی سے لیتے ہیں: اگر واقعی کوئی ہوٹل دستیاب نہ ہو تو ہم سفر سے پہلے آپ کو بتاتے ہیں اور آپ کی تحریری رضامندی سے اسی درجے یا بہتر ہوٹل میں منتقل کرتے ہیں۔

Into the company bank account, through a formal banking channel, and you always get a receipt. A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before ticketing. What we can recover depends on what has already been booked in your name: airline tickets and hotel nights carry their own cancellation rules and those are set by the airline and the hotel, not by us. We show you the actual charges and pass back whatever is refundable. Yes, and many do. They travel inside the group with the muallim, who knows every person by name. We can arrange wheelchair assistance at the airports and at the Haram, rooms on lower floors where the hotel allows it, and a gentler Ziyarat schedule. Saudi Arabia has allowed women to perform Umrah without a mahram in recent years, and women regularly travel within our groups. Generally the months away from Ramadan, Rajab and Shaban, and the weeks straight after Hajj. Our verification is in process. Under the Hajj and Umrah Act 2024 the Ministry publishes a list of verified Umrah operators and advises pilgrims to book through them, so we will publish our number on this site as soon as it is issued. We would rather say that plainly than show a number we do not yet hold.
