Karwan Haram Travels & Tours began in Sargodha in 2021. The first booking was a family group, and word travelled from there. Since then more than 1,000 pilgrims have made Umrah with us, in over 60 groups, with a departure almost every month.کاروانِ حرم ٹریولز اینڈ ٹورز کا آغاز 2021 میں سرگودھا سے ہوا۔ پہلی بکنگ ایک خاندانی گروپ تھی، اور بات وہیں سے پھیلی۔ اس کے بعد سے 1,000 سے زائد عازمین 60 سے زیادہ گروپوں میں ہمارے ساتھ عمرہ کر چکے ہیں، اور تقریباً ہر مہینے ایک روانگی ہوتی ہے۔
We are not the biggest agency in Punjab and we are not trying to be. Everything we sell is five star. That is a deliberate choice. - Name your hotel in writing, with its distance from the Haramہوٹل کا نام اور حرم سے فاصلہ تحریری طور پر دیں گے
- Give one price that includes everything, and list what it excludesایک ہی قیمت دیں گے جس میں سب شامل ہو، اور جو شامل نہیں وہ بھی درج کریں گے

- Send copies of your visa and ticket as soon as they are issuedویزا اور ٹکٹ جاری ہوتے ہی ان کی نقل بھیجیں گے
- Take payment into a company bank account and give you a receiptادائیگی کمپنی کے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں لیں گے اور رسید دیں گے
We will notہم نہیں کریں گے
- Quote a hotel category and then move you somewhere cheaperہوٹل کا درجہ بتا کر بعد میں سستی جگہ منتقل نہیں کریں گے
- Add costs after you have paid, unless a government fee changes and we show you the notificationادائیگی کے بعد اخراجات نہیں بڑھائیں گے، سوائے سرکاری فیس میں تبدیلی کے جس کا نوٹیفکیشن آپ کو دکھایا جائے گا
- Promise a Kaaba-view room unless it is confirmed in your bookingکعبہ ویو کمرے کا وعدہ نہیں کریں گے جب تک وہ بکنگ میں تصدیق شدہ نہ ہو
- Ask for payment into a personal accountذاتی اکاؤنٹ میں ادائیگی نہیں مانگیں گے

On registration, honestly.رجسٹریشن کے بارے میں، دیانتداری سے۔ Under the Hajj and Umrah Act 2024, the Ministry of Religious Affairs now publishes a list of verified Umrah operators, and pilgrims are advised to book only through companies on that list. Our verification is in process. We will publish our registration number on this page the moment it is issued, and we would rather tell you that plainly than display a number we do not yet hold. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit our Sargodha office, ask for references from past groups, and pay only into the company bank account with a receipt.حج اینڈ عمرہ ایکٹ 2024 کے تحت وزارتِ مذہبی امور اب تصدیق شدہ عمرہ آپریٹرز کی فہرست شائع کرتی ہے، اور عازمین کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ صرف اسی فہرست میں شامل کمپنیوں سے بکنگ کریں۔ ہماری تصدیق زیرِ عمل ہے۔ نمبر جاری ہوتے ہی ہم اسے اسی صفحے پر شائع کر دیں گے، اور ہم یہ بات صاف کہنا بہتر سمجھتے ہیں بجائے اس کے کہ ایسا نمبر دکھائیں جو ابھی ہمارے پاس نہیں۔ اس دوران آپ ہمارے سرگودھا دفتر تشریف لائیں، پچھلے گروپوں کے حوالے طلب کریں، اور ادائیگی صرف کمپنی کے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں رسید کے ساتھ کریں۔
